HGF Management Company (HGF) manages loans from acquisition to disposition with an emphasis on the recovery of non-performing loans. In 2019 the HGF team began managing loan portfolios for outside investors and currently manages $25 million of loans with a concentration in California and Florida.

Dennis Lanni
Managing Principle
Dennis Lanni began his career in 1998 as a Stock Options Market Maker on the Pacific Stock Exchange for TD Bank. In 2002, Mr. Lanni co-founded a real estate investment company focusing on distressed property and loans, which has grown into HGF Management Company. Dennis leads operations and runs the recovery team which specializes in loan workouts. Dennis is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and lives with his family in Folsom, California
Shannon Winford
Chief Operating Officer
Shannon Winford manages loan servicing and foreclosures. Shannon has over 15 years of experience in loan servicing, bankruptcy, foreclosure law, and forensic loan underwriting. She has a proven track record understanding and interpreting foreclosure law in judicial and non-judicial states. Shannon is a graduate of the University of California at Davis and lives with her family in Auburn, California.
